A bank promo neoprene drink cooler

I did "find" a nice tile cutter, but it was still sliding down the road; I pulled over as it stopped, and grabbed it out of the road before it got hit, and rode up and handed it back to the contractor that had pulled over because he saw it fall out of his open tailgate.
