Most I've found so far was roadkill.
Damn it and here I was wanting to get that "treasure finder" emblem from Final Fantasy Tactics Advance on the Gameboy Advance.
No luck yet. I did find I think either $5 or $10 while walking on the sidewalk before but nothing while riding.
Oh there was this one time in HS when I had to pay a teacher for film I rolled into the canister a friend that was on his spare period accompanied me to get some sweets while I got some money. At the banks ATM I was about to stick my card in and take out $20 to pay off the teacher but my card did not fit in. Now I did not pay attention to the screen then till I got frustrated why my card was not fitting in to look at the screen. Guess what? There was a card in already. The PIN was entered by someone else already. Holy crap!
I gave a look to my friend then back to the ATM. I think I punched in $80 bucks thinking the machine won't spit the cash out or it was some test trick but I didn't see any hidden film crew around from any TV shows. The ATM did spit out the money. Now that it worked I ended the transaction and got the card outof the ATM. Shocked and wowed by this it weighed on my concience for about a minute or two. I did the right thing and walked into the bank and went up to the teller explaining the situation and why I had money out the account as a test to see if the card worked. I gave them the bank slip, card, and money. I didn't get any reward. I didn't leave contact info. I know easily many others would have probably taken like the max. daily withdraw of something like $200-500 then walked away. I didn't. I just hope if anything like that happens to me that someone would do the right thing and return my card if I lost it. If was very tempting to just walk. (wow, that song 'take the money and run is playing in the mind again
) I think the reason why I didn't walk is because well for one you're at the bank when this happened. They have recorded history of the owner of the card and when the PIN was entered so it's not like $30 lost on the trail and you can't find the owner then claim it.
Man for that to happen and have a witness? PRICELESS!
I guess the bikini top goes with the blow up doll.
