I like being able to go up or down as many gears as I want at one time with grip shifts. This is extremely helpful when coming around a blind curve and finding a steep short climb waiting for you. I also like not having to keep my thumb off of my grips all the time. Then on the front shifter I like being able to trim the derailleur to eliminate pretty much all of chain rub. I've had trigger shifters for years, I just switched to grip shifts the middle of last season. I hope I never have to go back to triggers.

Basicly........grip shifts are just awesome!!!
