i'm pretty sure it's not that much. when i used to ride dh/fr bikes the rule of thumb was that an inch on or off the fork length equated to approximately a degree slacker or steeper at the ht.

we're talking a very small difference between a 650 and a 700 wheel on the same fork. i can't see that causing a 2-3° difference in angle. not even close

i've ridden my 74°/74° conventional track bike with a 650 front wheel and it certainly didn't suddenly turn into an unrideable monster.

it's just not a big deal
