In contrast, I ordered a SunTour freewheel which was advertised as a 13-26, which I wanted, but I have to admit that the photo depicted a 13-23, which I received. Even though the mistake was partly mine, the seller agreed to take it back and pay the shipping. Partly because of this positive, helpful attitude and partly because I may be able to find a use for it, I declined. Some folks understand good customer service; your seller clearly is clueless.
