Selling a Frame

I have a bike. I like my bike. however, i am getting a new bike, which i hope to like more.

my old frame is a mid 70's lugged steel raleigh road frame, with all the original bits (at least, the ones i've kept) cottered cranks, fork, headset.

i want to sell it, but i'm not really sure how much to ask. one reason for this is that it's got a seatpost wedged in it, too hard for me to get out. obviously, this will be disclosed when selling it, but how much should i let that impact the price? it's in otherwise good shape, though i've repainted it, so its original paint free.
