Bib recommendations for tall & skinny rider

Hello all,

Can anyone recommend bib knicks that fit a tall & skinny rider well? My last couple of pairs have been sized 'L' to get the fit around the legs/waist about right.

The problem is, due to the tightness of the straps (being tall) and/or the looseness around the waist (being skinny), they tend to bunch up around the front, and the chamois slides forwards. I tend to end up sitting on the very back of the chamois, which after a while can get irritating as I'm sitting on the seam.

So, any tall/skinny riders out there that have found bibs to their satisfaction? Are there any manufacturers that offer sizing in both directions - i.e. length and waist, instead of just S/M/L/XL? Thoughts?

Edit: Oh yeah, to define "tall & skinny", I'm about 192cm (~6'4") and 70kg (~155 lbs)
