Steel Bike Fit

I am 5' 9" with a cycling inseam of 83cm. Below are may stats crom CC. I was wondering what some of you might think about a frame that is 56cm C to C (seat tube) and 56 C to C (top tube). This would put me between the Eddy and French fit. This bike is for recreational riding and commuting. My round trip commute is about 15 miles. It is a steel frame (great condition) that I have that is not built up and I am currently riding a Giant M Alu bike.
