Lennard Zinn's fitting guide from zinncycles.com worked really well for me.

Here's those results using your numbers.
Seat Tube Length: 54.6
Seat Tube Center to Center: 52.9
Top Tube Length: 62.9
Bottom Bracket Height: 26.5
Stem Length: 130
Assuming you are an intermediate rider type ...

You're in the ballpark with your frame and a shorter stem ... I say try it. What the hey?
