Perhaps. But, I doubt him though. And once he was called on it, he should have just done the RIGHT thing, and said "sorry, I didn't know".
I used a term here once, "wa~nk~er". I didn't know what it meant. Some folks from the old country got bent up about it, and then, someone sent me a PM. I apologized, and I"m not one to be nice. I was wrong.
He knows what he should do. And I'll be around until he does it.
