So I'm stripping old Caloi Strada Pro single speed to morph into a commuter and I started thinking "why are so many parts always black? Why not orange or green or purple?". Hmm. I'm getting the frame ready for the powder coating shop (Olympic in Santa Anita, CA - far way from me but *very* reasonable and a great job too). Hmm. Frack it, do it all.





Still need a set of nice green Vittoria Paves', and a new rack (my old one doesn't fit ). This project really got me thinking about my assumptions and the build possibilities when cheap, quality color is available. Sure wish you could powder coat carbon.
