I posted my brevet bike to the Long Distance forum a week or so ago, but posting it here too, since I also use it as a commuter.



Custom ANT Club Racer

Drivetrain is mixed Shimano Ultegra and Deore XT.
Wheels are hand-built 36 spoke 700C on Mavic Open Sports with an ultegra hub on the back and Schmidt dynamo up front.
Fenders are full-size Honjos, with tail-light mounted on the rear fender.
Lighting system is a pair of E6's mounted on a custom built lighting bracket
Nitto handlebars, bar end shifters, technomic stem, and Chris King headset for the cockpit.

When I commute, the rack supports a pair of 46L MEC Serratus Aqua-Not panniers.
