If you want to go with a sealed unit, get Phil Wood mounting rings and either a Phil BB or a Shimano UN72 (works w/Phil Rings, tho Spindle/Crank compatability may be an issue with old SL cranks).
I believe your bike is actually a PX10E, BTW. Steeper angle on the headtube than a standard PX. I have one from the same year, also built as a fixie.
