frame sizing for the taller gentleman.

so i've been looking into getting a mark v frame and fork. everything i have heard about them sounds great, etc etc.

here's where i have some doubts. i asked a few people if the 62cm would be large enough with varying answers (for some context, i'm 6'5", with an inseam of about 35" and i've been riding a 64cm raleigh grand prix.). i emailed tony and he wrote back telling me that it would probably be a bit too small, and suggested i look at the jamie roy in a 62 as it's the largest bike they sell.

now, i had kind of set my heart on a steel frame because i find that aluminum frames (which the angus is) bounce me around a bit too much (especially in a town like boston). but i might be swayed otherwise if i hit a dead end on this.

are there any people out there with experience on either frames? this would be my work bike so i'd like it to be a good fit. are there any other frames out there that are just as a decent trade off between price and quality like iro?

thanks.
