Really not much to go on here. The fork crown says hi tensile/medium steel. The chrome stays says at least a bit better than bottom of the barrel. The shifter and seat if original say it was decent enought that someone cared about it. Definitely 70s Japanese Manufacture, that is the best I can do, and serial number would help are well as knowing for sure what kind of drop outs it has.
