I'm going to hijack this a little to deliver a mild rant that I hope will someday be instructive:
How to Photograph a Bike for Identification:
Take a full-body shot from the drive side, then don't take any more mid-range shots at all, concentrate on the details:
Headlugs/any headbadge holes
Seat cluster
Bottom Bracket, especially any markings that denote threading, also measure the width of the shell
Fork Crown
Dropouts/forkends
Any Serial Number(s) wherever they appear
Any Decals including Fragments
Less important in a case like this one are detail shots of the components, but sometimes they are crucial, too. Most of the time the full-body shot tells you all you need know about them.
That said this seems like a mid-grade Japanese bike as Cyclotoine/Braingel say, I'd guess mid-70s, that TRIPLE Stronglight is a nice crank but a red herring, methinks.
