I cant tell what the cranks are but the saddle looks nice... It is over a two hour drive. I want to talk the guy into a sweet deal. It looks it isn't reynolds steel. The tires almost look tubular. Any ideas as to the vintage and a reasonable offer? If we would sell the saddle only that would be awsome.
