OP, I pulled this out of my library as I have been down the same road:
VELOCE/CENTAUR™ Bottom Bracket ITA, ENG ; 111, 115.5 mm cartridge b.b. - hollow axle- light alloy cups - axle L. 111 mm for double crankset - axle L.111 mm for triple crankset with seat tube Ø 28.6 mm - axle L. 115.5 mm for triple crankset with oversize seat tube Ø 32 or 35 mm 233 gr
As mentioned in my previous post, your Tuscany likely has a seat tube dia = 28.6mm so you would need a 111mm symmetrical spindle length. Keep in mind if you are mixing Campy stuff...for example, many like the Campy Record BB for square spindle applications that the spindle length for the high end stuff is different and sometimes asymmetric depending if it is double or triple. In the large picture this is only a couple of mm diff but none the less matters when running high X-chain angles on bikes with shortish chain stays in particular.
