I lived in Warsaw for 3 1/2 years, and there weren't a lot of cyclists around (this was around 10 years ago). Of course, the riding season was less than 6 months (my oldest son was being walked in a stroller through a foot of snow less than a month after his August birthday one year), and not many people had anything resembling disposable income back then.

Haven't been back in a while - maybe things have changed.
