what are you talking about? fixed gears help you develop a better spin, this is no secret. what i'm saying is i want a more intimate me-to-bike feeling than i get with single straps, i ride fixed for the fun of it and the more i'm connected with my bike, the easier / more fun it is to ride in an efficient manner.
