I just ordered one for my bike last Friday and sent him an e-mail about the lever Friday night. Monday morning I had a response from Paul in my inbox, so thats pretty responsive.

I am using his neo-retro and touring cantis on my cross-check and they are the best brakes I have used- especially because I am 220 pounds and live at the top of a hill.

Truly though, the only reason I ordered it is because its stylish, and has my name CNC'd on the top. Stupid I know, but are not most bike part upgrades overpriced and completely unnecessary when you think about it?
