The designer of all of those (with the possible exception of the last one, i've never seen it before) is Scott Robertson. He's a very prolific industrial designer/concept artist. Those particular designs were done for a movie (I want to say Minority Report). The ones that were actually built for the movie were professionally built from carbon fiber. Maybe people could offer their own ideas as to how bicycles will look in the near future. Maybe it is not obvious, but concepts are meant to push the boundaries and to experiment. I'd say these are very successful and are actually pretty interesting.
