Ordered a jersey several weeks ago that hadn't been delivered after three weeks so I begin sending emails to PBK to resolve. After several emails and waiting another week, they finally state that they would re-send another jersey. This one finally arrives this week but was not the jersey I ordered. I sent them an email but they are not responding. Very frustrating experience.
Also, during this time period I ordered new pedals....which arrived timely. But, PBK charged me $10 postage when they had never done that before. ??
Just thought I'd share this with you guys. Anybody else having problems with PBK lately?
