Many of us use PBK, and other overseas vendors, as reliable sources of components and accessories, and would benefit from receiving objective comments on customer service.

From my end, I've ordered from PBK 2 times since the $10 shipping was introduced, and the level of service was the same as my previous 10 orders...rec'd order in 5 or 6 business days.

Other posters commented on the "incredible deals" disappearing, perhaps the fluctuation in exchange rates is the culprit.
