Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

I assume it's an ISIS bb and you need a plug to fit into the hollow spindle and give a conventional crank puller something to press against. Shimano includes one (TL-FC15) with their 105 Octalink cranks and these may also work in your Truvative. See if your LBS can lend or sell you one. Bike Tools Etc. sells them as an accessory too.

I've heard of using a dime or a small washer as an insert but have never tried it myself.
