Is there a crack on that seatpost? You can barely see it!

Mine cracked the other direction - horizontally, not vertically, and was cracked approx halfway around the circumference of the seatpost. It was wide open, and all fragmented around the edges of the crack. All from little me, with no upper body strength to speak of, tightening it down too much because it kept slipping. The seatpost was only about 1 year old.
