File a compaint with ebay and paypal if you used it. If the auction listed the saddle as a professional B then it's not disputable. As far as the condition, if he said it was new and it turns out to be used I would have no less than a full refund plus the shipping to get it back to him. Ebay and Paypal are very helpful IMO.
