I have been running one for a few months. What I like about the lever is that it is low profile. Run next to the stem it is like it is not there (sort of). It feels great, set up properly it feels really nice. I have big hands and I use two fingers on it no problem all of the time.

Cons: it really only fits good on 25.4 bars. I had it on a 26 but the stock bolt would not reach- thats pretty lame. No hinge- also lame. Verdict- Its overall pretty good, probably not any better then anything else though. But I think it does look better then most of the other options.
