Nice! Your saddle looks a bit nose-up though, not a good position, particularly for a leather saddle IMO.
I don't mean to disregard your new build, but you're going to do RAAM on a bike that you finished building a few days before the start of the event?
Valid point here, you should try to get some miles on the bike to work out any possible kinks. However, a fixed gear is bound to have less issues than a geared bike, especially one that was obviously carefully constructed.
