well it makes it while standing and while sitting down...but im still confused as to why the seatpost would cause this...would it mean my seatpost is too loose/tight? or something wrong with my frames seat tube?
I found out what the main culprit of the noise is though for those of you interested...it was the lube i was using...it was too thin and when the excess dried or fell off it was the actual sound of the chain hitting the sprockets that was giving me that sound...i need a thicker grade lube i guess..i was using ice wax.....SO after a 2nd helping of lube on the bike it stopped making that noise..
