56cm is usually the right size for someone who is 5'9". 58cm would be on the large size for that height, unless you have unusually long legs. However, Lemond does not make Buenos Aires in a size 56. They make 55 & 57.

But your performance stats don't prove you've got the knee angle correct. Although they certainly are impressive!
