I do the bird bath thing. I also take my water bottle into the bathroom and dump water over my head a few times. That takes care of head sweat and helmet hair. I do shower before the ride in so the sweat I'm wiping off is "clean" sweat. I don't do the baby wipe tihng. Just a wet wash cloth or paper towels out of the dispenser. Deodorize and I"m good as ...well... as good as can be given the conditions.
