This may be a cycling forum, but I believe many of us practice other forms of bodily exercise. In fact, some of us may actually
prefer other exercises to cycling.
Is cycling your favorite exercise? (Is it your
only exercise?)
If not, what is your favorite form of exercise?
I enjoy walking. There are even times I enjoy it more than cycling, such as when I need some recovery time from riding, or I feel like a change of pace.
I might really enjoy running, but my back rebels against it.
Stair climbing is a rush, but a bit on the boring side.
I think hiking/camping would be fantastic, but I don't have the time (no one else in the family would be able to hike with me.)
I haven't even mentioned sports, like soccer, football, rugby, baseball, basketball, golf, tennis...
I am toying with the idea of trying other things, including rollerblading!
But overall, I like cycling best (so far.)
