Cycling no doubt favorite exercise. could not stop myself other day, went about a huge circle about my town three times in order to climb my favorite Schearer's grade three times. Just circling my town three times caused me to ride 78 miles.
I used to run and with my headphones on enjoyed it. But my joints are now paying the price.
I often do not realize it but scuba is exercise. After three strenous dives, you can come up exhausted.
It now seems to me riding atop my favorite crest of hills is as religious an event, as being under my favorite kelp paddies.
I do have a Total gym. Use it about three times a week. In the AM when I get up, I do 150 situps and 35 pushups.
ps- Guess an indication that cycyling is my favorite sport- changed my computer password at work from a scuba to a cycle related word.
