Cycling is fave, then swimming ( I got into doing a mile on a Tuesday and than again on a Thursday as physio after my accident) and I think it's the rythmic hypnotic nature of both which appeals.
then racket sports (particularly badminton).
I hate running as I have a dodgy knee, and now, ankle
