I love kayaking more than anything (yes, even cycling). I do mostly whitewater but we also have sea kayaks which my wife and I trip in as well. We usually mix it all up with rock climbing and cycling on our trips as well. It's not very often we don't have boats and bikes on our roof racks.


I also participate in triathlons which is a lot of fun and the training is great because you get to mix it up a bit with the swimming, running and cycling.

I just love doing any type of excercise.
