Bikes: Puch Inter 10 (appr. 1980), Colorado High Line (MTB); Mars (bad weather and child transport)

gear shift
Mine had the Shimano 600 mounted. Except the gear shift. Does anyone have more info about this type?
I have changed some components from my KTM Strada which had Shimano 105.
