I think I'm going with a 53cm PF frame as I rode a new 54cm Madone over the weekend at a demo ride and liked the fit a lot better than the 56cm version. When I emailed PF with my sizing info they recommended a 53cm which surprised me at the time as I'm used to 55cm and 57cm frames (Bianchi Volpe and Giro, respectively).

I bought the BD SRAM Force bike and have pre-ordered the BD Campy Record bike with the intent of moving my favored component group to the PF frame. Not sure what the other bike will do, but I'll figure something out. One of the BD frames will be delegated to full time CompuTrainer duty.
