make sure everything is tight. everything.

-check to see if the rotor is rubbing against the calipers... that usually causes the clicking that comes and goes as the wheel revolves. one way you could adjust them easily if you're having trouble is, 1. compress the brake lever so that the caliper is gripping onto the rotor, as this is tight on the rotor, tighten down the bolts.

another way to adjust the caliper is just by eye. one way that helps me is just the trial and error. i try to look straight down on the caliper and adjust from side to side in small increments until i can see a sliver of light comming through each side of the caliper. this way i know that there will be a tiny bit of give and take space in case the rotor decides to move a little.
