Sorry but risers make more sense in a city like nyc. For all you people living in the suburbs, yeah stick with your drops, but when there's a gaping pothole coming at me between cars, I'd like to pop up over it with ease and not have to come up from the drops to do so...
It's difficult to bunny hop from the drops? News to me, especially since the only functional advantage of risers over drops or horns is the ability to do barspins. Seems to me anyone talented enough to be modifying their bike for barspins can undoubtedly hop a pothole or curb from drops at high speed.
