Cycling's probably my most frequent form of exercise, and I do enjoy it lots. I find swimming very relaxing though. I loathe running, and walking is just tedious.
I really enjoy a good game of squash, although haven't played for a while, and I do enjoy badminton, just not quite as much.
I enjoy team sports like soccer and field hockey, but haven't really played either since last winter. My favourite sport is cricket, but I'm not sure it's really exercise... Even as a wicket keeper!
