Not as special as that twin-fork bike! But honestly: that's the first franco italia bar I've seen, so I'd say it's pretty rare.Just looked again and I think I see that it's a model of Phillipe (sp?) handlebar...not so rare to the French fans, but still that's (Franco Italia) a model I'm not familiar with...might be a 25mm diameter bar, but worth keeping whatever the size.
