Megatron- Seriously dude, if you're having that many problems, having issues at all, why aren't you calling me or emailing me? If there's a problem- I wanna know... seriously. I don't run the warranty department, so I don't get to hear about all issues, but they are pretty good about filtering things to me and I haven't been getting a rash of complaints. Not saying you're a liar, just saying I'm uninformed of issues, if they exist.
I hope it's clear to folks here that I try darned hard to make sure we deliver products that are high quality, so I do get concerned when I read comments claiming that Masi is a bunch of ****** bags trying to rip people off... since I
AM the company, that kinda strikes close to the bone.
What shop do you work for/ in? I'll happily call and try to find a way to resolve any issues you've had. I can't fix what I don't know is broken...
