There's a guy that used to lock up like that in front of the grocery near my apartment. I put my ride on the opposite side of the rack and locked it through the rack to his bike.
That was the dick move, if ever there was one. He was kinda pissed when I came back out and he was standing there waiting for me to unlock his bike from mine.
