Okay- here's what I've been able to spot on the bike:

Pedals/crank- Stronglight
Derailers (sp?)- Simplex
Brakes- Mafac "RACER"
Seat- Ideale (dusty, but no tears)
hubs- Campagnolo (sp?)
This one has "Tour de France" decals on it, and it's some shade of green. Thanks again for your help.
