Hope you can help...

Just picked up a bag on ebay. Somewhere along the delivery line a pen has leaked on the yellow liner. Any ideas for getting the stains out. And the bag shipped with a D-Ring short. Any idea where I can pick one up in the UK. Google not much help. Also have a very battered reload bag where the silver strap cinch is totally knackered. Dont want to lose the bag - its the perfect wet work bag but need to sort the cinch. Again any ideas? Cheers. T
