If I eat reasonably soon after exercise, I eat less, and the hunger never really hits full force. I also don't eat based on how hungry I feel, because I can eat almost as much as VegaVixen, given a reason.
I look at the amount of food I
need, and eat that. You know, like my daily column of Oreos. Not two or three columns just because want them. Fourteen Oreos is all I eat. That, right there, is self control.
