I had a similar problem. With a lifestyle change that problem magically disappeared. My lifestyle change included more time riding a bicycle, less time over a plate of food, and elimination of TV. I started feeling much better as a consequence of cycling and food choices and my mental abilities improved with disconnection of the TV. This computer and Internet access is my only vice! I should be riding my bicycle right now.
