@Gyeswho: Some places do girls jeans in inch sizes and there are also tight jeans for guys by Lip Service and Dogpile aimed at the punk rock crowd (I.E. Coming in Black and White primarily). It's really all trial and error for sizing and takes some adjustment and getting used to once you've found the right size. Boxer briefs are also a good investment if you decide to take the plunge.
