Campagnolo and Miche are your best bets. Miche Racing or Campagnolo Veloce would be good upgrades. Everything else is probably a bit exotic. FRM would be a hardcore Italophile choice
As for rims, Rodi rims tend to be pretty heavy. How are the roads in Croatia these days? A deeper rim would be good if you have to ride rough roads. Can you get Ambrosio rims?
